As the fifth of seven children, I learned about the importance of family early.  My father had his own business as a TV repairman/electrician and was also an ordained minister.   My mother came to the United States from Puerto Rico at the age of twenty one not able to speak a word of English to find work and a better life.   

My childhood experiences taught me that if you have a strong, loving family, you have everything you need to have a happy and fulfilling life.  I put my family name on my company because to me, family means everything, and I want my business to reflect that.   I work hard for my clients, helping them implement plans and strategies that allow them to maximize family time and focus on what is important.  I show them how they can make changes to their financial plan to fund the things they want for themselves and their families.  I work to provide a framework to help clients achieve these things and the confidence that comes with knowing that their finances are focusing on what's most important. 

Now I am passing on those traits to my son, Alec (AJ), who has joined me in the business.  I am excited to talk with my clients about how  our "family first attitude" for our clients at Roman Wealth Management, LLC will continue for many years to come.  Our clients realize that, which is why many of our clients refer their children and grandchild to us.   Markets go up and down, and financial plans change, but Keeping your family first is the secret sauce that leads to successful investing and planning.
